I was referred to Mr. Gill by a friend, when I ran into a criminal problem. Mr. Gill is a wonderful lawyer. He is very
caring and patient. I was involved in a criminal charge in Ventura and I was very happy with the way he handled my

Monty Gill helped me plead down from a strike felony to a misdemeanor with summary probation and no additional
jail time. (i had served 4 days in jail when I was arrested). Monty went the extra mile for me in all aspects of my case.
He spends a lot of time at the Ventura County courts and has established good working relationships with the
prosecutors. I am deeply grateful to Monty and highly recommend him.

Mr Gill turned out to be a great lawyer. He handled my case (DUI) with professionalism and grace under fire. His
kind demeanor was comforting when I was fearful and thinking the worst. He went that extra mile by doing some
things he really didn’t have to do. By that I mean he walked me through the steps I have to take to get my situation
resolved. He never once talked down to me.

It's tough to express warm feelings for a lawyer. Seems everyone hates lawyers, at least until they need one. :)
Monty Gill was the 1st lawyer I have ever paid to handle a legal problem for me. 3 days before Christmas 2008 I
learned that a misdemeanor crime I committed in 1990 in Ventura CA had turned into a warrant for my arrest & had
been hanging over my head for over 18 years. Apparently, I had paid the fine but paid late & violated terms of
probation unknowingly.
Talk about the Ghost of Christmas Past. I only slept 3 hours that night, woke up at 1:30 am 12/23/08 worrying about
it & highly stressed.
After calling the Ventura Superior Court the next morning, I was even more agitated. Although she was a nice lady,
the court clerk told me the only way to rectify the situation was to come to court & see the judge. Bah humbug. :( I
live in Oregon, you see, & this is my busy season at work. Very bad news.
Somehow I found Monty Gills web site. I sent a web form e-mail to him asking if I had any options.
TWENTY MINUTES LATER I had a phone call from this guy.
ONE & ONE HALF HOUR LATER Monty Gill was in court on my behalf.
ABOUT FOUR HOURS AFTER I E-MAILED THIS GUY he called to tell me the warrant & problem were DISMISSED.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME! :)
Seriously, if you need a *competent* lawyer that knows the local Ventura judges & DA & knows how to GET THINGS
DONE then give this guy a shot.
This guy just saved me at least TWICE his fee in travel expenses & lost wages. Lets not even mention the
aggravation factor of traveling to another state to see a judge.
I AM VERY PLEASED INDEED. Thanks again Monty. .

When i hired Monty Gill to represent me, I was in litigation for child custody of my son with another attorney who did
not help my case. When Monty took over the case, he had to go over the other attorney's file and then aggressively
took action to correct the mistakes made by the previous attorney. He is honest, thorough and brilliant in his case
preparation and performance in court, He was very caring and helpful in all aspects of my child custody case. His
knowledge of the law and the court systems pertaining to my child custody case was a definite plus in obtaining the
custody of my son. Specially since I had already wasted a lot of time and money with the previous attorney and was
about to lose custody of my son to an abusive father. Monty Gill's expertize and legal representation changed
everything and I felt vindicated when the Judge became aware of crucial facts of the case that the other attorney
neglected to bring forth in court. I would recommend his services to all my friends, family and coworkers if they want
to win their case. I am very satisfied with Monty Gill's legal representation and would definitely hire him again for all
future litigation cases because of his ability to represent clients in other types of law as well.

Mr. Gill is an excellent lawyer. I had been charged with some serious offenses, but I was innocent, and was looking
for a lawyer to fight hard for me. Three other lawyer told to just plead guilty, but Mr. Gill worked hard on my case
